The following people are wanted by Hertfordshire Constabulary.

If you have any information, please call Hertfordshire Constabulary's non-emergency number 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, where you do not have to give your name and you could be entitled to a cash reward.

Please have a look through the faces to see if you recognise any of them and can help Hertfordshire Constabulary track them down and bring them to justice.

Alex-Armand Stephane DE SINTAT 11/09/1994 is wanted for breach of court on 21 June, 2017. Last known in London/Herts area. 41WC-39594 reference.


Andrew APOSTOLOU 13/09/1975 is wanted for theft. He failed to attend Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on 24 July, 2017. Last known in Enfield/ Herts area. Reference: 41WC-39814


Stuart JARVIS 26/07/1977. He failed to appear at Central Herts Magistrates Court on 18/07/2017 for possession of drugs. 41WC-39779 reference.


Samuel Stephen SAUNDERS 07/02/1995. Last known in Herts area. He failed to attend North Herts Magistrates’ Court on 5 July, 2017. 41WC-39691 reference.


Christopher MARGRAVE 27/08/1981. He failed to attend Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on 19 May, 2017 for theft. Last known in Watford/ London area. 41WC-39373 reference.


Tyrone POWELL 03/11/1984 is wanted for fraud. He failed to attend Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on 10 February, 2017. Last known in Luton/ Watford and Milton Keynes area. 41WC-38609 reference


Joshua Afolabi ADEFUYE 14/05/1986 is wanted for common assault. He failed to attend Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on 8 March, 2016 Last known in Watford/ London area. 41WC-35940 reference


Nigel John KAVANAGH 29/08/1983 is wanted for recall to prison since 12/07/2017. Last known in Watford, believed to be in Kent. 41WC-39735 reference.


Helen PEARCE 02/06/1975. Last known in Beds/Herts area. She is wanted for failing to attend Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on 6 December, 2016 for possession of drugs. 41WC-38116 reference.
